Where is the workshop held?

The workshop is held at my place, in Douglas, Cork from 2pm to 6.30pm.

Once you book the workshop, I will message you my address and the directions.

I can also travel and hold the workshop at your place, providing there are at least 6 people. The host(ess) benefits from a complimentary workshop. I will bring all my material, including the afternoon tea.

Do I need to bring something?

You only need to bring photographs if you wish to put them on your board, like family photographs if you wish to make a board about your family, or else photos of events you would like to occur again.

I provide everything: magazines, glue, scisors, markers, coloured pencils and a huge variety of stickers to enliven and decorate your board.

What happens during the workshop?

Once you register, I explain what a vision board is about, then I do a meditation to help you focus on just exactly what you need to let go and bring in, in your life.

It is followed by magazines cutting.

We then take a break, and you can taste the scrumptious afternoon tea I have baked for you in the morning, including gluten free goodies.

You are then back at your board for a short meditation to put you back in the energy of creation, and you start sticking your images and decorate your board.

Finally a short meditation will close the day.
